Special Needs Planning
The purpose of a special needs trust (SNT) is two-fold: First, it preserves the beneficiary’s eligibility for certain government benefits, and; Second, it provides a clear outline for the beneficiary’s extra needs (beyond government benefits), and provides funds and property in order to meet those needs. At Crestview Law, we take a holistic approach to decide whether a special needs trust, ABLE account, or other plans fit your family’s needs best.
Probate
Probate refers to court proceedings where a deceased individual’s estate is settled. Crestview Law, PLLC is able to provide legal representation to the personal representative of the estate.
